Wedding Transportation NYC arranges chauffeured transportation for weddings across New York City and the surrounding region: the couple’s car, vehicles for family and the wedding party, guest shuttles between hotels and venues, and airport transfers for guests flying in for the weekend. We work with couples directly, with their wedding planners, and with venue teams.
The idea behind the service is simple. On a wedding day, transportation is the timing infrastructure everything else depends on, so it should be planned as one design rather than a collection of separate car bookings. When the bridal car, the family SUVs, the wedding-party Sprinter and the guest shuttles are all built from the same timeline, a delay in one place can be absorbed instead of rippling through the rest of the day.
How we work
- Timeline review. We start from your master timeline and map every pickup, photo stop, venue arrival, hotel block and return window before the day begins.
- Vehicle choreography. Each vehicle has a job: the couple’s car stays with the couple, the wedding party moves together, and guest shuttles run to a schedule. They are planned to work together rather than compete for the same curb.
- Day-of communication. One transportation point person keeps chauffeur notes, guest changes, venue access and timing pressures organised on the day.
- Guest care. Out-of-town guests get flight-tracked pickups, a choice of meet-and-greet or curbside, and clear pickup instructions for every shuttle.
Published rates, no packages
We publish our hourly rates rather than hiding them behind packages. An executive sedan is $120 per hour and a luxury SUV $150 per hour, all-in with gratuity and applicable service/card charges. The Mercedes S-Class starts from $175 per hour and the Mercedes Sprinter from $200 per hour, confirmed in the booking form. Hourly service has a three-hour minimum.
Because every wedding has a different shape, we prefer a tailored proposal built from your actual timeline and guest count over a one-size-fits-all package. That way you can see exactly which vehicles are doing what, for how long, and why.
Where we work
We cover all five boroughs, Westchester, Long Island including the Hamptons, New Jersey and Connecticut, with airport transfers at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty and Teterboro. Each area has its own planning guide on this site, because the constraint that shapes a Brooklyn waterfront wedding is different from the one that shapes a Westchester estate or a Hamptons summer weekend.
The hourly rate does not change from one area to another. What changes is time: positioning drives, the length of each leg and whether vehicles need to stay out overnight for a distant venue.
