What to have ready before you start
The form asks for the essentials of each trip. Having them in front of you makes the reservation quick and the quote accurate.
- Date and pickup time for each vehicle, with the time the vehicle should arrive, not the time you plan to leave.
- Pickup and drop-off addresses, including the hotel or venue name and the entrance to use where a building has more than one.
- Service type: hourly for a car that stays with you, or point-to-point for a single journey such as an airport arrival.
- Vehicle class: executive sedan, luxury SUV, Mercedes S-Class or Mercedes Sprinter.
- Passengers and luggage, counting garment bags, gown boxes and gifts as luggage.
- Flight details for airport pickups: airline, flight number and terminal.
- Notes for the chauffeur, such as gate codes, loading instructions or a contact at the venue.
One trip, or a whole wedding day
The booking form is the fastest route for individual trips: an airport arrival for a parent, a car for the rehearsal dinner, a single Sprinter for the wedding party. Enter each one and you will see the vehicle options and pricing for that trip.
For a full wedding day with several vehicles, guest shuttle waves and airport arrivals spread across the weekend, it is usually easier to share the whole plan at once. Call us with the date, venues, estimated guest count and timeline, and we will help shape the vehicle list before anything is booked. Rates you will see in the form
The executive sedan is $120 per hour and the luxury SUV $150 per hour, both all-in with gratuity and applicable service/card charges. The Mercedes S-Class starts from $175 per hour and the Mercedes Sprinter from $200 per hour; the form confirms their final price, which can vary with taxes, tolls and availability. Hourly bookings have a three-hour minimum, and point-to-point transfers start from $130 in a sedan and $160 in an SUV.

Can I book several vehicles for one wedding in the form?
You can enter each trip separately. For a full wedding day with several vehicles and shuttle waves, calling with the whole timeline is often quicker, because the vehicles can be planned together.

How far ahead should we book for a wedding?
For peak spring and fall Saturdays, six to nine months ahead is sensible, and larger weddings needing several Sprinters or SUVs benefit from more. Shorter timelines can still work when vehicles are available.
