What to include when you get in touch
The more of the day we can see, the more useful the first conversation is. You do not need every detail settled, but these are the things that shape the vehicle plan:
- The date, and whether any events on the days around it need transportation too.
- The addresses: getting-ready locations, ceremony, reception, hotel blocks and any photo stops.
- The times you already know, especially the ceremony start and the venue’s end time.
- Who travels together: the couple, parents, the wedding party, and roughly how many guests need shuttles.
- Out-of-town guests: which airports they are likely to use and roughly when they land.
- Anything unusual: a gown that needs space, a guest with limited mobility, a venue with a gated drive or no parking.

Service area
We serve weddings across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, as well as Westchester, Long Island and the Hamptons, New Jersey and Connecticut. Airport transfers cover JFK, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty and Teterboro. If your venue is farther afield, get in touch anyway: distant weddings are usually planned as full-day assignments.
Before you call: a quick budget check
The executive sedan is $120 per hour and the luxury SUV $150 per hour, all-in with gratuity and applicable service/card charges. The S-Class starts from $175 per hour and the Sprinter from $200 per hour, confirmed in the booking form. Hourly bookings have a three-hour minimum, and single transfers start from $130 in a sedan and $160 in an SUV. Multiply the hours each vehicle is needed by its rate for a first estimate.
